This laptop mount with laptop tray features a heavy-duty steel U-Bolt base that is compatible with rails from 1" to 1.25" diameter, and includes a 6 inch double socket arm which sits between the rail base and the universal laptop tray.

The included RAM Tough-Tray™ is spring loaded to accommodate 10" to 17" laptops (devices from 10 to 16 inches in width). The tray features four adjustable retaining arms with rubber grips.

The 6 inch arm can be moved in a near-infinite range of movement.
