The Speaker Mount Center Channel Speaker Adapter uses the same interface as the Side Speaker Adapter and can be used as a stand alone or combined with the Side Speaker Adapter.  The adapter includes 5" of height adjustment, 2" of lateral shift and adds 10 lbs. to the installation.
